After visiting London twice already I couldn’t help but resist and book yet another airfare to the beautiful capital of the UK. London definitely grew to be my personal favorite of quick trips abroad.
Little did I know that during those first two trips I missed my soon-to-be favorite spot in London: The Camden Market.
Right before traveling to London for a third time I met up with a friend of mine, who spent some time in England right after we graduated University. ‘You haven’t visited Camden Market yet? You NEED to go there!’.
And so, with her voice in my head and with a strategically placed apartment in Bloomsbury, we could easily enough visit the Camden Market without having to walk too far.
I wasn’t disappointed when arriving at the Camden Market. And I immediately loved it. The Camden Market has got to be the most alternative market I’ve ever seen in the most fun location – placed in and around old horse stables. And that is exactly why I like visiting it so much: because of the fun vibe, the original market stalls and the location.
Oh, and I’m not even talking about the food court yet.. oh the street food at the Camden Market is just insane. You’ll have a hard time deciding what to have for lunch, I’ll give you that!
The more I talk to people who are going to London the more I notice that most people who are visiting it haven’t heard of Camden Town yet. And so that is why, today, I am going to spread the joy about one of my favorite London neighborhoods and share a bit of Camden Town with you today!
